Premier is the largest children’s coaching company of it’s kind in the UK, delivering to over 9 million children in the last 12 months alone.
As a founding member of UK Active Kids, and the first organisation of its kind to be awarded the highly prestigious Quality in Study Support (QiSS) kite mark, Premier works closely with schools across the country to inspire children to live a healthy, fit and fun life.
We have been supporting the physical education and extra-curricular provision at Dale Hall Community Primary School since 2010. Each morning parents will be able to drop children off from 7.30am in the knowledge that they will be fed a healthy breakfast, and take part in a wide range of stimulating activities such as archery, dodgeball, dance, drama, arts and crafts, team building challenges and reading. The activities will not be too vigorous as we do not want children going into class sweaty, but they will start the day energised. It has been proven that children who take part in some physical activity or play before school are more alert and ready to learn at the start of the school day.
Our mission is to create a premium, Ofsted registered Wrap Around Care facility, providing high quality out-of-school-hours care for the parents of children who attend Dale Hall Community Primary School. The before and after school sessions will provide a range of stimulating and creative activities in a safe, secure and fun environment, providing an outstanding service for busy parents.
The before and after school care will be available every day the school is open.
Parents can have peace of mind knowing their children are in safe hands. All staff are fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid, and are all DBS checked. They are also qualified and experienced in working with children in primary school environments.
The provision is an extension of the school day. With this in mind, it has been designed to run smoothly, whilst reflecting the school’s outstanding quality.
Our staff are trained to adapt each day based on particular children’s needs or the weather. However, the structure and timing for each day will be consistent. Activities will be designed to fit in with the schools termly theme, and include arts & crafts, music, dance & drama, sports & games, cooking & technology, quiet space for reading and general free play.
Healthy snacks will be served both before and after school.
Our timetable is a well-rounded mix of wellbeing, activity and arts with an emphasis of fun and inclusion to give the children variety and to help them feel safe, comfortable and to enjoy the time they spend with us.
